These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SAIKYŌ website, services, and SMS messaging program (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SAIKYŌ provides fitness coaching content, calculators, scheduling, and related communications. Information provided is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training or nutrition program.

2. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P)

By opting in to our SMS program — by submitting your mobile number through a form with an SMS consent checkbox, texting us first, or otherwise providing express written consent — you agree to receive recurring text messages from SAIKYŌ.

Program description: coaching updates, appointment reminders, customer care, account notifications, and (where separately opted in) marketing and promotions.
Message frequency: varies based on your interactions and preferences.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. SAIKYŌ does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt back in.

Supported carriers: Major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, accessing them without authorization, or using them for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and video, is owned by SAIKYŌ or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SAIKYŌ does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Fitness results vary and are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAIKYŌ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SAIKYŌ operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
